First Day of School

Today was the first day of school for Hannah and Isaac. They were both very excited. Isaac was so excited he got dressed as soon as he woke up, put on his backpack and asked when we would go to the bus stop. Hannah kept reminding us what the current time was and what time we needed to leave.

The entire Town of Queensbury goes to the same school campus. There are two elementary level buildings, a middle school and the high school. The kids' school is only grades K-3 but there are about 10 classes of each grade. Even though the school very centrally located, it is not close to many neighborhoods. Consequently, just about everyone rides the bus. Which isn't so scary as a parent when you know the oldest kids on there are 8 or 9 years old.

I'm not sure if Isaac was more excited to ride the bus or start Kindergarten.

Man, I'm going to miss those kids when they're at school.

These pictures are great! They are so excited to come home and tell you all about their first day of school, that's what it says to me! I'm so glad you have "sold" your house in Flag and "bought" a house in NY. That will be nice to have space again...and of course you will make the space your own by remodeling it! That's just what Buehners do. We miss you guys! Take care!
