Isaac as a Lego. What else could he possibly have been. Dan even wrote "lego" on each of the studs with caulk.
Ian as Batman. The bellybutton is not a part of the costume....it's an added bonus.
Ian let me paint a bat symbol on his face. However, when we went to Walmart later, he was embarrassed by all the attention he was getting and started rubbing it off. What a mess. By the time we went home, he looked more like a vampire because of the black that was left around his eyes.
Gwen as a sweet little flower. She is so freaking cute!!!!!!!!!!!!
The kids had a great time trick or treating. They scored quite a bit of candy. There were even people who handed out goodie bags. I didn't know Martha Stewart lived in the neighborhood.

That belly-button IS an added bonus! And a kid who is a lego. Why am I sensing this is such a theme in your life. Your kids are so lucky. My vacuum tends to eat lots of legos.
whoa! i am so out of the loop. the beuhners have FOUR kids. that is incredible!!!! congratulations (what looks to be so many months too late). I am pleased to note that like Ian, little Gwen looks like she could happily fit perfectly into the Bacon Family!
